Required Documentation:

Damaged on Arrival:
If your product arrives damaged, please document the damage by taking photos and videos, and send them to our customer support team at support@obeyet.shop. Once the damage is verified and confirmed, you will be given two options: we can send you a replacement product or provide a 100% refund.
Defective or Broken Manufacturer After Use:
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your product to report any issues. If the product malfunctions or is found to be defective during this period, you may return it at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit, allowing you to reorder a new product.
Change of Opinion:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return due to a change of opinion. If you wish to proceed, please contact us at support@obeyet.shop, and we will provide you with a return address. It’s important to note that we only accept returns for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.
Wrong Product:
If you have received an incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will provide a 100% refund.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to acknowledge its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
